I looked at the dish which hardly look like a dish. What in the earth is it. It looks like someone's intestine. And it's not the only thing which was shining in my plate but it's weird purple brown black color.

I feel like vomiting the moment they placed the plate of Torcher Infront of me.

I was having a silent war with the unidentified stuff, when Theo pulled the plate from me and gave me his.

I blinked. Looked at him in confusion.

"Amore, you don't have to eat what you don't like" his eyes flickered with amusement. I turned away in embarrassment. A low chuckle skipped his mouth.

I looked at the plate he passed, oh my this is what I called a dish. I took the bite.

A satisfactory moan left my mouth unknowingly. This is damn delicious.

I took another bite. Wow.

I kept eating until it was all gone. I chewed the last bite and looked Infront, for the first time since I started gulping down all the food.

Theo had his eyes struck on me. He looked different. I tilt my head in confusion. Is he ok? I looked at the plate in front of his which was empty. I hesitatedly look back at him.

"don't tell me you ate all that weird thing and now you dying!" i said somewhat mortified from the thought of dragging him all by myself to the hospital. And telling them the reason that he is in the situation becoz he ate the dish I order because it sounds good to hear.

Theo laugh caught my thoughts, throwing me back to reality. I looked at him. He had this smirk on his face. I frowned. What is he thinking!?

"What will you do if I die here from eating that stuff?"

I squint my eyes. Looking at his expression and the question he seems fine. I shake my head.

"I will throw you off the bridge near by" I saw his eyes widened. A laugh skipped from my mouth, looking at his expression.

"I will haunt you, if you do that" he said playfully.

I smirk.

"I know a good shaman, well my mother does. So, it won't be a problem" I teased him. But it was true though. Ma do know all kind of people, specially her being a bomb of extrovert.

He put his hand in his heart, acting as if someone shoot him with an arrow.

I laughed again. I guess this would be the first time I am laughing this much with someone other than ma or Lili.

"Amore-" he stopped mid-sentence. Looked at his surroundings. His eyes went half its size as if he was analyzing something. I frowned. I was about to turn when he suddenly jumps off the table, covering me.

"Theo-" I was cutoff with sudden bang of guns. My heart sopped. I felt as if someone threw a cold ice bucket over my head. Theo pulled me on him and start running outside.

The only sound I could hear was crash. People shouting. And gunshots.

Point is not that I could hear all of these, but the thing is I saw Theo shooting back.

I have no idea what is happening. What will happen. Or anything.

A minute ago, we were laughing. Teasing each other. And now running? Protecting? Gunshots?

My brain hazed from all the shots sound. My blood was running cold. A pit falling down my stomach as if heaviness resides in there.

"Amore! Listen to me! Take this key and start the bike" he passed me the keys of the same bike we came. I blink my eyes.

"What-" before i could ask anything he pushed me out of the door.

My body froze when i saw many men coming behind us. Theo was holding them off. A shiver ran down my spine when I heard Theo shouts for starting the bike.

With the shaky legs i ran toward the bike. This would be one of the times when I am glad to know how to ride. Ma made me learn all the vehicle saying just in case. I thanked ma for her consistent approach of making me learn them.

I started the bike and look at the restaurant. I waited for a solid one minute which felt like hours.

I saw Theo running towards me followed by some men wobbling their way toward us. He sat fast.

"let's go amore!" for some reason he sounds excited. This son of ass. I accelerate the break and we were off to the main road.

"Wow didn't knew you could ride the bike" his voice chimed from behind as he hugged my waist.

Asshole.

I heard some bullets shot. Theo cursed under his breath.

"Amore just so you know I am out of bullets so *cough* it's all upto you" i can practically see him grinning cheekily. I groaned as I speed up.

I felt him tightening his hold on my waist.

Damn it.

We finally lost them after straight half an hour ride. And currently I had no idea where we were. I stopped near the park area. My hands were about to fall from all the stress of handling the bike in the speed.

"We might have broken some red lights" I frowned thinking about the consequences. I heard theo laugh. I glared at him.
